You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, misleading, harmful, spam, fraudulent, or policy-violating advertising activities.
We use Razorpay for secure payment processing. Subscription plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
All platform software, branding, and services belong to TEadify or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own content.
We collect and process personal data according to our Privacy Policy for service delivery, analytics, advertising optimization, and legal compliance.
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data as permitted by applicable laws.
You must comply with Meta and Google advertising policies when using our platform for campaign management and ad delivery.
We implement encryption, access controls, monitoring systems, and security audits to protect user data and platform infrastructure.
We comply with GDPR, CCPA, Indian IT Rules, and other applicable privacy regulations in jurisdictions where we operate.
Our services are not directed toward children under 13 years old and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The Service is provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties regarding advertising performance or platform availability.
TEadify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or third-party advertising policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
